How will I receive my downloadable MS Word Handbook?
Step One- Once you press the button 'Submit order' in
your shopping cart, you will be taken to a page showing an invoice -
Status Pending. At the same time our system will email you out a copy
of the invoice that is on-screen.
Paying
By Cheque or EFT Instead?-
You will also have a choice to pay by Cheque (Australian Cheques only
please) or by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Please then post your
cheque with a copy of the invoice received when you placed your order,
or use our bank accountdetails on the tax invoice to pay by EFT. Please
note
that if you are paying EFT outside of Australia, please also
ensure that you pay in addition bank fees incurred (payable to your
bank) to place an international EFT payment.
Step Two- Once your payment has
been successfully transacted (Click on the button 'Click to Pay Now with
Credit Card' to initiate the payment process) our orders
department will mark your transaction as approved, once we have received
notification from the merchant company who processing the payment (this is done usually within
2 business days)
Step Three- After 2 business days you will then receive a
second email notifying you of a website link, on which you will then be
able to download your Property
Owner's Handbook MS Word file, together with a 'Guide to using the
Handbook'.
This
is once your payment has been confirmed and received.
